Jenna's Meatloaf

2 lb. ground beef
1 cup oats
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup milk
2 egg, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper

-Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Pack firmly into a loaf pan. Pour sauce over meat loaf.

Sauce: (Mix together)

1/3 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard

-After pouring sauce over meat loaf, bake @ 350 degrees for about one hour. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

Note: Use leftover meatloaf for meatloaf sandwiches. Butter and toast the roll before serving for added flavor.
