butter, softened
1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Rub butter over unpeeled whole potatoes. Place in slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours, or on low 8-10 hours, or until potatoes are tender when jagged.
Tip: Mix 1 T pesto into 1/2 c. sour cream for a luscious baked potato topping.
Serve with toppings such as: sour cream, shredded cheese, steamed broccoli, chili, bacon crumbles, green onion, butter, etc.
